All orders are processed within 24 hours after successful Order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the very next working day on priority.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within: 3–7 business days .

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping during promotional periods or on qualifying orders, as communicated on the website.

 

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

 

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to operational challenges, regulatory checks, or remote-area logistics.
4Mation Skins shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

 

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. In case of non-availability of the recipient, the shipment may be returned to origin.

 

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately.

 

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping details may face delivery failure. Re-shipping, if requested, may attract additional charges.
